About us

Al Sole Spices is a Vietnamese supplier specializing in the export of spices, herbs and agricultural products. The main export products: cinnamon, star anise, pepper, dried coconut. Our raw materials are purchased directly from Vietnam’s raw material areas  such as cinnamon, star anise in Lang Son, Yen Bai; desiccated coconut in Ben Tre; peppercorns, coffee in Daklak and Daknong.

With a team of personnel with many years of experience in quality testing of agricultural products and spices, a team of experts in international trade, we have gradually developed and expanded export markets to many countries in the world: Israel, Egypt, Malaysia, Canada , Bolivia and some South American countries. The objective of our business is to further improve the quality of products to launch to European markets such as Germany, Holland, …

In order to diversify products, optimize prices and provide support to customers, in 2019 we have a representative office in South America specialized in supply and distribution. Oregano is the flowering plant in the mint family (Lamiaceae), has about 210 genera and some 3,500 species. Lamiaceae plants are frequently aromatic in all parts and include many widely used culinary herbs in addition to oregano, such as mint, rosemary, sage, savory, marjoram, basil, thyme, lavender, and perilla. Many members of the family are widely cultivated in PERU, owing not only to their aromatic qualities but also their ease of cultivation.

The subspecies of oregano, Origanum vulgare hirtum, is an important culinary herb. It is particularly widely used in Greek and Italian cuisines. It is used for tomato sauces, grilled meat, and fried vegetables, and that together with basil makes up the character of Italian dishes. Oregano also is considered an indispensable ingredient for Greek cuisine. Oregano adds flavor to Greek salad and is usually used separately or added.
